Real estate is about so much more than contracts and closing dates. Behind the emails, phone calls, home tours, and paperwork, we’re just real people who love what we do and love the community we get to serve.
We thought it would be fun to share a few little things about ourselves so you can get to know the people behind the team a little better.
What is something that makes you really happy?
Abby
“When my dog comes and puts her head on my knee while I’m sitting on the couch working. It makes me stop and pause for a second. It helps me slow down and connect.”
Sometimes it really is the smallest moments that mean the most.
Kristina
“New socks. After one wash they are not new anymore.”
Honestly... valid. There’s just something about brand new socks.
Are you a morning person or a night owl?
Abby
"I am definitely a morning person. I’m up at 4:30 at the crack of dawn every day and in bed by like 9, so definitely on that old person schedule.”
Early mornings, routines, and getting a head start on the day are Abby’s thing.
Kristina
“Definitely a morning person. The older I get, the earlier I wake up. Secretly sometimes I go to bed at 8:30 at night.”
The team consensus? Early mornings over late nights.
What made you decide to get into real estate?
Kristina
“For starters, my dad was a real estate agent. He was a part-time real estate agent while also being a school teacher over in Bear Lake. I also bought, sold, and moved across the country several times during my early years of marriage, so I had a lot of experience with buying and selling homes. I knew what I liked, what I didn’t like, and I thought I could be good at it.
I also found myself in a situation where I had no choice but to go back to work and make money and get back into the workforce, so pursuing real estate felt very natural.”
Abby
“Honestly, it’s kind of a multitude of things. I love homes, I love beautiful spaces, and I love the feeling that home creates, so that’s really special to me. I also love people. I love finding spaces that feel just right for them, and making spaces beautiful is something that is near and dear to me.
I love talking to clients and picking their brains to help them find a space that works for them. I just love it all.”
You can tell both Abby and Kristina genuinely care about helping people find a place that feels like home.
What is one dream home feature you absolutely must have?
Abby
“A super fancy home gym is something I would love to have, with fancy finishes and everything all built out.”

Kristina
“Well let me rephrase the question. What could I not live without in my house? I live in my dream home right now, and my dream home feature is a built-in ice maker. I use it many times a day, every time I need a drink. If it breaks, I’ll need to sell my house and move.”
